Deliveries

All orders will be processed within 2-3 days via Royal Mail or Evri.

Commissioned paintings may take longer; estimated times will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Postage and packaging is included in the price for all UK deliveries. Please use the contact page for overseas deliveries.

Wherever possible, recycled packaging is used for all orders.

While I aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues or customs. I am not responsible for delays outside our control.

Returns

Eligible returns

I accept returns under the following conditions -

The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

The painting is in its original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items 

Commissioned or custom-made artwork (unless damaged or faulty).

Sale items (unless defective).

To initiate a return:

I will provide return instructions.

Please securely package the item and send it back using a tracked service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Paintings

If your painting arrives damaged:

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

I will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued when:

A return is approved and received in its original condition.

An item is confirmed damaged or faulty.

An order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Process 

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different painting, I will try my best to exchange it, however it might not always be possible. If this is the case, please return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.

Commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
