WITH THE RIGHT INTENTION
When I’m struggling to find the right words to comfort someone or offer advice, whether it be in a letter, text or email. I think carefully about the words I use and how I use them. If I still struggle, I take a moment to breathe and concentrate on sending the message with all the best intentions. On posting the letter or ‘clicking send’ I mentally ‘send’ a good wish or loving thought, so hopefully the message will be received in the manner with which it was sent.
Likewise with this blog, my only intention is to be helpful to others. When I finish a post, I ask that it is useful to at least one person. Never underestimate the power of your thoughts. I asked just the other day for the universe to send me one person I could help, within one hour, I was writing down a list of helpful tips to a complete stranger who had come into my shop and had suffered from ME and was experiencing a relapse!
With love,
