MY WORDS

My words might be clunky and not at all smart. 

But they’re written with love and straight from the heart. 

Not trendy or voguish or fitting a mould. 

But stepping out in an attempt to be bold. 

They’re simple in prose and not posh at all. 

But honest and raw and big and not small. 

Should they not muster the will that you wanted. 

Just simply pass by and search who you’ve hunted. 

I really can’t mend all the people out there. 

Just this one here with my pen, my paint, my brush and my chair.
