TAKING A MINI BREAK

I’m so lucky to live in the Lake District, and I totally embrace my surroundings. I love our new classes outdoors; they are just so amazing. To meditate by the water is cleansing, energising and uplifting. A chance to leave all the worries of the day behind. On our way home, we really did feel like we’d been on holiday, brighter both mentally and physically.


We were even joined by a Mother and her ducklings! It brought our focus to what really matters in life, family and friends. When you come across people who try to bring you down, say thank you and goodbye, send them love and wish them well.
