Sit tall.

Softly close your eyes.

Bring your attention to the breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Bring all your focus to the clean air coming in through the nostrils and the stale air passing out through the nostrils.

Allow the body to relax.

Keep all the attention on the area around the nostrils.

Let the cares of the day drift away.

Continue for as long as you like.

When you are ready, begin to wiggle your fingers and toes. Slowly open your eyes.

Have a good stretch.
