Allow yourself to be where you are.
Notice your breath.
Close your eyes.
Feel the breath through the nostrils.
On each inhalation, imagine breathing in white mist.
A beautiful, cleansing, energising energy.
On each exhalation, imagine breathing out black smoke.
Releasing stress, tiredness, and negative emotions.
Notice how you feel as you do this.
Stay ‘there’ as long as you wish.
When you’re ready, notice your feet and body.
Open your eyes.
Have a stretch.
Sip some water.
Have a good day.
