THESE WORDS

Every day this climate brings up challenging thoughts and feelings.

New news of new changes. Masks, non essential travel, two meters. What a world!

The elements of our own lives are ever changing. We can face new challenges in our work, our relationships, our immediate environment. We face these everyday, these changes can be nourishing and entertaining or worrying and depleting. We pass through these changes, the good and the bad. The good sometimes passes unnoticed, floating above us without an invitation to drop lovingly into the heart.

Yet the bad we wrestle, we let it plunge heartwards … seeping into the mind, the soul, the body. Allowing the blackness of it to consume the moment and the next moment and every moment. We prefer the familiarity of the struggle. Not believing there is a different way, knowing the unknown is scary. So we stay in the place of allowing happiness to float above us.

Yet sometimes, just sometimes we allow ourselves to seek out the change we need. To see a different way, a new thought, a new hobby, a new healing.

How do we change?

How do we enjoy the tingling sensation of a happy heart?

We stand still, we face the wrestle head on. It might start here in these words, these little meditations. Or in your own still quiet moments. You might find a healer in the form or a therapist, a friend or a book that’s waited patiently on your bookshelf for years. You might find an increased volume in your voice that has been quiet for far too long. You might cry, let go, release. Whatever it is it’s your path, your healing, your happiness.

YOURS… belonging to you.

Find your truth, what you need to reach up and capture that delicious happiness. Allow your heart to dance, laugh and be free.

With love, light and healing
