THE CUMULATIVE EFFECT

Phew… the first block of classes for the New Year has flown by.  I’ve welcomed lots of new faces to meditation, and I’m thrilled with the progress each and everyone is making. The differences felt in this short time have been truly inspiring. Life can be so busy, and we may feel that we’ve not got time to spend coming to class or practising twice daily, and quite frankly, if you feel like this … you probably need meditation the most! 

The benefits are life-changing. All new students, without fail, felt instant calm in the first meditation of the first week. This is wonderful, but the real magical part of meditation is that it has a cumulative effect, so with regular practice, all the good things begin to happen even when you’re not meditating. Your daily life becomes calmer, more peaceful, you sleep better and begin to see improvements in relationships, your health and your self-belief. Hey… but don’t just take my word for it, below are the comments from class after just 4 x 1-hour sessions.
