MERRY CHRISTMAS AND THANK YOU
Phew – what a year!
My second year of teaching meditation has been wonderful.
I’ve welcomed back my regulars alongside many new faces. It’s been both humbling and rewarding to nurture their desire to embrace a different way to be in the world. There’s been much love, laughter and tears. Real, true, wonderful change for everyone, including myself.
First of all I’d like to thank all who came to class, attended a workshop or 1:1. You’re warmth, respect and commitment has been deeply touching. I congratulate you all on your beautiful journey so far.
Secondly, I’d like to reach out to those who haven’t meditated before or those who have but struggle to find a regular practice. I sincerely encourage you to give it a go or … give it another go. You won’t ever regret practising meditation.
In our troubled world, it’s more important than ever that we offer kindness, give love, love ourselves, value nature, forgive, choose not to judge and be brave enough to follow our dreams. Change can happen at anytime, any age, any nationality, any religion. It really is possible. We’ve all heard the saying … ‘you can’t teach an old dog new tricks’. Well, I disagree … I know you can. You just need the will to change. I’m being the change I want to see in the world … are you?
I’m so excited for the year ahead, I’m dreaming big! More guest speaking, new workshops, teaching children (I’m beside myself with joy to be offering this next year), and I’ve rekindled a big dream I lost sight of till recently, and I’ll be sharing this soon; I can hardly contain myself.
Wishing you all, those I’ve met and those I’ve yet to meet, a happy, healthy and peaceful Christmas. For the New Year, I wish for you all the things you dare to wish for yourself.
With love,
Glynnis x
